The DEI cool factor is wearing thin. We, the shareholders, invest in companies that make great products, not companies wasting profits on social causes. Kauvery cum Biosis my acquaintance: Seventeen years ago, upon completing my initial 20-year bond with the IAF, the opportunity for a Manager Nursing position at Kauvery, then known as KMC, caught my attention. The organization's logo, which conveyed "People caring for people," greatly influenced my perception. During the interview, conducted by the founders themselves, their confidence in the company's growth and their encouragement for me to be part of the journey left a lasting impression. Despite taking a day to confirm the offer, I eventually trusted my intuition, accepted the position, and joined the organization on August 14, 2007. Reflecting on my experience in this same joining month, I take pride in the transparency displayed by the leaders at the top of the organizational hierarchy. Their responsiveness to employees and teams is a spectacular demonstration of leadership. Just as valor is crucial in the armed forces, honor and loyalty have become indispensable for individuals within this organization, shaping its distinctive culture based on strong values. Recognition for my contributions has been forthcoming, and the freedom to work and make decisions in alignment with cultural norms underscores the professionalism that empowers me. In this organization, the culture not only upholds values but also allows for individual empowerment. In addressing the inevitability of change, we neither force nor resist it; instead, we are prepared to adapt. The force of change and our willingness to embrace it contribute to the resilience of our culture. Today I traveled to London to see a potential client for 1 lunch meeting. Anyone who’s worked with me before will know I’m a sucker for an 4am National Express, and returning home with 6 meetings under my belt and £40 worth of Pret-A-Manger and a shit tone of jobs (Nicola Morse Thomas Hurley will remember those fond days) I’ve gone up in the world and treated myself to a £££ train and met a Partner in a PE-backed consulting firm.   It was significant for a few reasons: 1.We gave them business with one of our clients worth £££££££ 2.We have agreed to partner on a Technology Leadership Forum event in November 3.Across the table was Raphael Rowe from Worlds Toughest Prisons #fanboy I return to Bristol with a reinforced confidence that our approach to business development is the right one. 👉Get to know your client personally 👉Celebrate their wins 👉Be patient 👉Be humble 👉Learn everything you can about their business 👉Create noise about you that no one else has 👉Let the network, do the work for you Wedo.createvalue Wedo.community Wedo.process A big well done to Omar Bakali for creating this opportunity.
