It's important to pause and reflect on how far we've come as a team of business-enabling IT professionals since Walden Digital's inception four years ago. Recently, I had the opportunity to sit down with “Interface”, Europe's leading CIO magazine, for an in-depth interview. We discussed the latest digital supply chain trends in logistics and healthcare logistics and explored the Digital Transformation happening across the Walden Group and its subsidiaries—Walden Digital, Movianto, ETP, TPI, and Ciblex/Relais Colis. The interview covered our innovative data journey with Databricks/Azure and the unique advantages of having in-house software development capabilities through our own digital subsidiary. The path hasn't always been straightforward, but our commitment to learning, engaging with business leaders, and adopting a "fail fast and agile" mindset has allowed us to enhance our digital capabilities, improve organizational choices, and increase supply chain agility and responsiveness. Great interview, Denis! A common challenge we’ve found for data-based health-tech companies is, ironically, maintaining a focused, brand-led, customer-centric approach in their GTM strategy - with clear value propositions and tailored communications for each customer segment. Yet, for those who get it right, it's an easy win.
