Centralized communications on state filing date deadline changes (emanating from the states or jurisdictions) through the PMO so market and operation leads supporting template completion efforts would have one source for changes to jurisdictional filing due dates (this eliminated confusion and unnecessary email correspondence). Based on these and other program management techniques implemented on an expedited basis, the client was able to meet multiple state and jurisdictional SERFF Binder filing deadlines on time based on requirements communicated by the jurisdiction (which changed often in some jurisdictions).
