Being a Leader : Engaged the Team I remember some advices from my brother and mentor, Rizkita Yunanto.SIP. He tells me to remember empowering the team, not to doing anything alone. Somehow, this became some kind of dillema for Me, to really learn about how to let the "ecosystem" flows with each of it's parts and it's roles. But sometimes, my ego and impatience leads me to become individualistic. In the process of learning, again I found this helpful book shared by Global HR Resources about how we should engaged the team ; "The Employee Experience" (Maylett & Wride, 2017) Here some points I've learned to sharing ; A. 5-part Approach to creating engagement in any organization (M.A.G.I.C) ; M eaning - A utonomy - G rowth - I mpact - C onnection "Every part of the organization has a important contribution. Organizational development is built by each contribution of it's employee and influenced by the growth of its employees" B. Three Critical Components of Employee Experience 1. Great Expectations 2. The Three Contract 3. Trust "Each employee is the "ambassador" of the organization itself, which is built through the integration of each organization's component.
