Sales problem? What do you know about the buyer? And how much of this is an assumption? Or a guess? You know you can help them and that’s a good place to start, but it won’t be the thing that leads to a close. When you ask for the order, you’re asking a buyer to become your customer. To trust you. To them it may feel like a risk. This is why any guess you’ve made about their needs and concerns is a red flag. 🚩 And a risk to your sale. Taking some time to rate your buyer will help you work out the questions you need answered. To deeply understand their needs. So when they say yes, you both win.
