23 has always been my lucky number so it’s fitting that today ends up being my final day of chemo. And what better way to celebrate than a chance to ring the bell with a little help from the twins. It’s been a whirlwind over the past 15 days but I can’t think of a better start to Christmas than bringing a close to this chapter. Thank you to everyone that has reached out offering your support to me and the family. It has meant the world to us. And a special thanks to Bryan Radtke for keeping me company during the final session today! “If you can force your heart and nerve and sinew To serve your turn long after they are gone, And so hold on when there is nothing in you Except the Will which says to them: ‘Hold on!’ If you can fill the unforgiving minute With sixty seconds’ worth of distance run, Yours is the Earth and everything that’s in it”
