My work focuses on balancing the interests of multiple stakeholders when designing and deploying technological solutions in complex socio-technical systems such as healthcare. I am currently a part of the Cognitive Empowerment Project, a collaboration between Georgia Tech and Emory University, which strives to empower older adults with degenerative mild cognitive impairment. This project aims to extend the ecosystem of active care from the clinic, into the everyday lives of the program participants using technology.
