Explore the path to interoperability in this in-depth conversation with Michael Armbrust, the original creator of #DeltaLake, and Ryan Blue, an original creator of #ApacheIceberg. For many organizations, struggling with which table format to choose delays lakehouse adoption and ultimately harms their data + AI strategy. But there is an easier way. This insightful discussion covers the evolution of open table formats, how Databricks is solving interoperability, data governance and more. https://dbricks.co/47IvBha
Choosing a table format should not be a choice you have to make.
this is great
It's funny, the creators of Delta and Iceberg don't want to have this conversation. Data people shouldn't care... Very interesting - take a look..
thank you ! have been waiting for this one since June :) also loved that you gave Randy Pitcher 🌞 the chance to show his demo again.
Loved delta since day 1 thanks Michael Armbrust it's API seamless integration and operability brought back the Databricks spirit to us, sadly that has been waning off 😢 but delta always brings back smile since I have been using it from 2018
Amazing content!
