Here is the story of thousands of creatives, including Thom Yorke and Julianne Moore, highlighting the "major, unjust threat" this poses to artists' livelihoods (like they're struggling... but whatever). What I have been saying for a while is that as AI becomes more monetised or, if there is a huge PR crisis, it will become more litigious and face tighter regulations. I don't think this is quite that moment but it's a sign of what's to come.
