Disclosing when you use AI is a trend that is showing up to distinguish what was “human created” versus AI generated. According to this article, while it’s not required by law yet in most places, there is a trend headed in that direction, and the first market to require this is the EU. The EU passed the EU AI Act in committee late in 2023 and ambassadors ratified it into law on February 2, 2024. It is now the gold standard planet-wide.
