Some areas of Michigan will see 60s today dropping to 30s by the end of the week. The best way to avoid running out of propane (and any extra fees) is by checking your tank’s propane level and ordering fuel based on the following recommendations: ☎️Will Call Customers: If you normally order on a ‘Will Call’ basis, please order a fill when your tank gauge reaches 30%. Ordering fuel is easy with our online customer portal. Simply log in or create your account, then click “Order Fuel”: https://lnkd.in/g6xq9p6H ☑️Auto-Fill Customers If you are enrolled in our Auto-Fill program and do not have The Crystal Flash Tank Monitoring System installed on your tank, please check-in with us if your tank gauge reaches 20%. While Crystal Flash has very good methods of estimating the amount of fuel in your tank, if you check in with us at 20%, we can double-check that a delivery is indeed planned and make adjustments to your individual usage rate. 💪If you are on the Auto-Fill program and you do have The Crystal Flash Tank Monitoring System installed on your tank, no additional action is needed, we’re keeping an eye on your level for you. Heat Exchangers, Chillers, Evaporators, Condensers, Generator Fans and Air Exchangers all have cooling coils surrounded by fins that get plugged up over time with dirt and other debris as air moves through them. This causes these expensive machines to work harder and use more energy. A coil fouled with dirt and grime cannot supply proper heat transfer and results in greater energy consumption. Our Cold Jet Dry Ice Blasting technology can improve the efficiency of fin fan coolers by up to 35%. Compared to other methods of industrial cleaning, Dry Ice Blast Cleaning can penetrate deep into the tube bundle, blasting away years of dust and debris without damaging the delicate fins. Using other methods of industrial cleaning can result in the creation of secondary waste, requiring the clean up of both the cleaning medium and the debris. Cleaning with Cold Jet Dry Ice Blasting Provides: ✔️No secondary waste ✔️Reduced cleaning time (up to 80%) ✔️Increase in Quality standards ✔️Clean in-place, no cool down, with minimal disassembly ✔️A non-abrasive clean that won’t damage substrates ✔️Non-conductive process ✔️Media entrapment elimination ✔️Increased operator safety ✔️An environmentally responsible clean ❄️𝐖𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐃𝐫𝐲 𝐈𝐜𝐞 𝐂𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲? Heat Pump Maintenance Tips You Need To Know Warmer weather will be here before you know it, so preparing your heat pump now is a smart decision. Do not wait and find yourself on a list of other customers who also intended to call early! Here are some maintenance tips we thought you'd like to know about. A spring checkup will include cleaning and inspecting the coils and fans and the supply and return vents. We will also look at ductwork to ensure it is free from holes and leaks. We will inspect the blower motor and replace dirty air filters to improve airflow. The electrical contacts will be examined and tightened where needed. Finally, the refrigerant levels will be checked, and low levels will be corrected. We recommend a twice-a-year heat pump tuneup in Cleveland. Call to schedule a heat pump inspection today! #HeatPumpMaintenance

Have you heard of the dip tube in your water heater? It's a small, but important part that delivers cold water to the bottom of the tank. If your water isn't as hot as it should be, it could be due to a broken dip tube. Call us to inspect and replace the tube. #PlumbingTips

Let this post serve as a reminder to clean your water pump filter. The filter is there to help catch particles to prevent damage to your water pump. The following pictures show a lot of shavings that came from production. Sometimes it can take a number of uses for them to get into the filter. The water pump strainer filter is a 1/2" twist-on pipe strainer. #rvwaterplumbreplacement #rvwaterpump #rvwaterpumpfilter #rvwaterpumpparts #rvwaterpumpscreen

❄️ Cold Weather Pumping Tips to Keep Your Operations Running Smoothly Winter brings unique challenges to pumping operations, but with proper preparation and maintenance, you can avoid costly delays and equipment damage. At E-Pump, we’ve got you covered with four essential tips for operating dry-priming and self-priming pumps in freezing conditions: 🔧 1. Drain the Pump: Completely drain the pump at the end of each day by opening the drain valve and disconnecting the lines. Reconnect lines after draining to prepare for the next use. 🔥 2. Thaw the System Safely: Ensure the pump system is fully thawed before starting the engine. Use a high-wattage light bulb or heat tracing to thaw frozen parts—avoid high heat sources or forcing frozen valves. 🔋 3. Care for the Battery: Prevent dead batteries with a trickle charger or spare battery. NEVER use ether to start diesel engines; it can cause damage and void warranties. ⛽ 4. Mind the Fuel: Prevent diesel gelling by using a fuel conditioner or cold-weather fuel blend. By Following these simple steps, you can protect your equipment, minimize downtime, and keep your projects on track—even in the harshest weather. Do you need help or have questions about winter pumping? Contact us today to learn how E-Tank & E-Pump can support your cold-weather operations with expert advice and reliable equipment! #PumpingSolutions #ColdWeatherTips #ETank #WinterOperations #EquipmentMaintenance #DieselEngines
