Heat Exchangers, Chillers, Evaporators, Condensers, Generator Fans and Air Exchangers all have cooling coils surrounded by fins that get plugged up over time with dirt and other debris as air moves through them. This causes these expensive machines to work harder and use more energy. A coil fouled with dirt and grime cannot supply proper heat transfer and results in greater energy consumption. Our Cold Jet Dry Ice Blasting technology can improve the efficiency of fin fan coolers by up to 35%. Compared to other methods of industrial cleaning, Dry Ice Blast Cleaning can penetrate deep into the tube bundle, blasting away years of dust and debris without damaging the delicate fins. Using other methods of industrial cleaning can result in the creation of secondary waste, requiring the clean up of both the cleaning medium and the debris. Cleaning with Cold Jet Dry Ice Blasting Provides: ✔️No secondary waste ✔️Reduced cleaning time (up to 80%) ✔️Increase in Quality standards ✔️Clean in-place, no cool down, with minimal disassembly ✔️A non-abrasive clean that won’t damage substrates ✔️Non-conductive process ✔️Media entrapment elimination ✔️Increased operator safety ✔️An environmentally responsible clean ❄️𝐖𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐃𝐫𝐲 𝐈𝐜𝐞 𝐂𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲? What parts does a car air conditioner consist of? The car air conditioning refrigeration system consists of a compressor, condenser, liquid receiver dryer, expansion valve, evaporator and blower. The components are connected to form a closed system using copper tubes (or aluminum tubes) and high-pressure rubber tubes. When the refrigeration system is working, the refrigerant circulates in this closed system in different states.#CarAirConditioner #CarRadiator #CarCondenser #CarAirConditionerRefrigerationSystem

It's that time of year! 🌳 Cottonwood debris can cling to your AC condenser & can limit air flow across those coils. The primary issue will be a drop in efficiency & cooling capacity. Far worse, it can lead to the mechanical components (like the compressor) to overheat, and cause the system to fail. If your condenser resembles this one... 🛑 Shut your system off. 💦 Get regular hose, not a power washer, to clean your condenser. 💪 Spray system exterior from top to bottom, washing the cottonwood & other items to the bottom of system. ✅ Turn system on to check its performance... Enjoy your AC! #homemaintenancetip
