Starting the cost segregation on another medical office in Easley, SC. As a reminder, medical offices generally perform exceptionally well due in part to the specialty plumbing, electrical and lighting they may have in the building. It also helps when there is a large parking lot like there is for this one. One of the things that's always a bit challenging when studying medical offices is figuring out time to get in there when there aren't a lot of doctors, nurses, staff and patients. It's definitely tricky but with helpful property managers and administrators, we usually can make this work. On this one they told me that Wednesdays are their slower days of the week but didn't give me a set time. I figured it's probably busiest between 8am - noon and then starts to slowdown a bit over lunch...I got lucky on this one as I showed up about 1:10pm...I literally got there at the right moment by a stroke of luck. The administrator said the place was quite as they were wrapping up lunch but that by 1:30 it would be getting busy again. I was able to get all the photos that I needed and get out of there just as more patients started coming in. People are usually quite friendly although sometimes a bit suspicious as I'm walking through the facility taking pictures.
