This may look like a box of fabric scraps…and it is…but to me, it’s a world of possibilities. As an artist, I thrive on seeing, touching, and imagining the potential in these pieces. What could these fabrics become? An art quilt? A gift for someone special? The patterns, textures, and colors inspire me to explore, create, and connect ideas in new ways. For me, as a neurodivergent individual who proudly talks about my neurodifferences—AUDHD and dyscalculia—this process is pure joy. My mind naturally swims in patterns, connections, and creative leaps, and I feel most alive when I embrace this flow. It’s not just about creating art; it’s about fully stepping into the fun lane of how my brain works. But this isn’t just about neurodivergence. Whether you’re neurotypical or not, I believe there’s something magical about diving into curiosity—letting yourself explore, play, and create. When you engage with something you love, the world opens up in unexpected ways. It might not be fabric for you; it could be coding, gardening, cooking, or solving puzzles. Whatever it is, I encourage you to find your spark and follow it. Art using fabrics is my language for seeing new patterns and making connections. What’s yours? #proudaudhd #neurodivergent #artplay

Ever wondered how colors can capture emotions? I've been on a journey with that. - Exploring new techniques lately. It’s about how colors blend, how they speak. Each experiment is a conversation. Colors telling stories of joy, sorrow, hope. - Found something special in the mix. It's not just paint; it's feeling, it's life. This process, it's teaching me. About art, about emotions, about expressing the inexpressible. Art for me is exploration. It’s discovering how to let colors whisper what words cannot. If you're curious about this journey, maybe we can explore together. PS: Ever seen a color that just...felt something? Tell me about it. Let's explore this world of emotions and hues together.

"Grumpiness" by Jakub Kreft is a striking piece that delves deep into the realms of human emotion through the lens of automatism. Created using Kreft's signature technique of automatic drawing, this #artwork captures the raw and unfiltered essence of irritability and dissatisfaction. The piece features an intricate interplay of chaotic lines and forms, which seem to emanate directly from the artist’s subconscious, bypassing rational thought. The use of dark, brooding colors enhances the sense of unease and agitation, reflecting the artist's exploration of the emotional turmoil that often lies hidden beneath the surface of everyday life. In "Grumpiness," #Kreft masterfully portrays the complexity of this common yet often overlooked emotional state. The abstract composition allows viewers to project their own feelings and interpretations onto the work, making it a deeply personal experience for each observer. The artwork’s spontaneous and unrestrained style invites the audience to confront their own moments of irritability and introspection, making "Grumpiness" not just a visual spectacle but a catalyst for emotional reflection. Kreft's ability to convey such a nuanced emotion through abstract forms underscores his belief in the unconscious as a vital source of creativity. This piece stands as a testament to his skill in translating the intangible into a compelling visual narrative. #investment

Some questions I ask myself when I'm in a creative rut: What story am I telling? Whether abstract or literal, every piece of art has a story. Think about the emotions, narratives, or experiences your work will convey. What am I willing to risk? Growth often lies in experimenting and embracing the unknown. Are you pushing yourself beyond your comfort zone? Who is this piece for? Are you creating for yourself, a particular audience, or someone who needs to feel seen? Sometimes, this purpose can change the entire approach. Am I staying true to my vision? Trends are fun, but does your work reflect what you want to say? Authenticity in art shines through every brushstroke and line. How does this piece make me feel? Before anyone else reacts, how does your art make you feel? Does it challenge you, soothe you, or spark something new? What am I learning about myself through this piece? Art can be a mirror. Sometimes the work reveals truths you didn’t know you were holding. What are you discovering? How does my medium enhance my message? Every tool or medium brings its own texture and voice. Does your choice of materials enhance the message or feeling you’re aiming for? What questions do you ask yourselves? #Authenticity #ArtVision

Aphorism Paradoxically, mess always creates beauty. "Ah, the delightful paradox of chaos that gives birth to beauty! 🌟 Your aphorism dances on the edge of our perceptions, inviting us to see messy moments through a different lens. Let's explore it further: >Chaos Cloth: Imagine an artist's studio, a riot of colors, brushes and half-finished canvases. It's a glorious mess, isn't it? Pigments are scattered, ideas collide and creativity is unleashed. In this chaos, beauty is taken. The artist steps back, squints, and suddenly, there it is! A masterpiece appears. >Wild Strikes of Nature: Look at the floor of a forest: scattered leaves, tangled branches and creeping moss. It is not ordered; it's wild Yet there is a quiet beauty, the way the sunlight filters through, churning the land. Or consider a stormy sea: crashing waves, swirling foam. Chaos, yes. But also raw power and a kind of greatness. >Life's imperfections: And our lives are messy canvases. Stains, spilled coffee, crumpled plans are part of the art. Relationships develop based on imperfections, quirks, disagreements, shared laughter. The message creates depth. >Entropy and creativity: Entropy, the universe's tendency toward disorder, plays a role. However, in the chaos, pockets of order appear. Creativity thrives in the mess. Ideas collide, transform and something new is born. Innovation often springs from chaos. >Embracing the paradox: So, paradoxically, the mess becomes a brush stroke. It is the asymmetry that draws our attention, the unplanned detail that makes a photo interesting. We make order, but let's not clean up all the magic. Sometimes beauty lies in the untamed corners. And there it is, the dirty, paradoxical truth. So, my fellow appreciator of chaos, let's celebrate splatters, tangled threads, and half-finished drafts. They are the raw materials of beauty. 🎨✨”(CW) Dr. Velemir Radovan Image source: Sussex Wildife Trust

🔥🦀 KING OF CRABS 🦀🔥 🎯 Creativity is the ability to form novel and valuable ideas or works using the imagination. 👁️🗨️ Products of creativity may be intangible (e.g., an idea, a scientific theory, a literary work, a musical composition, or a joke) or a physical object (e.g., an invention, a dish or meal, an item of jewelry, a costume, or a painting). 💪 Creativity may also describe the ability to find new solutions to problems, or new methods of performing a task or reaching a goal. Creativity therefore enables people to solve problems in new or innovative ways. 💡 On the other hand, imagination is the production of sensations, feelings and thoughts informing oneself. 🧠 These experiences can be re-creations of past experiences, such as vivid memories with imagined changes, or completely invented and possibly fantastic scenes. 🏅 Drawing from actual perceptions, imagination employs intricate conditional processes that engage both semantic and episodic memory to generate new or refined ideas. 🚀 Here is great example of a creativity and imagination! 🦀 Crablante king of crabs - RoboCrab or Crabman. 🎬 Now witness this impressive and brilliant work of creativity and imagination. Hyperphantasia is the condition of having extremely vivid mental imagery, where a person can visualize scenes, objects, or events in their mind with exceptional clarity and detail. People with hyperphantasia often describe their mental images as being almost as clear as seeing something in real life, like having a movie playing in their head. This ability stands in contrast to aphantasia, which is the inability to generate mental images at all. Hyperphantasia can be beneficial in creative fields like art, writing, or design, where vivid imagination plays a significant role. However, it can also be overwhelming at times, as the brain may produce intense, involuntary images. Do you experience this or are you curious about how it works? #Hyperphantasia #aphantasia #allfit https://lnkd.in/g5W3bitZ

Art is more than just a hobby; it's a journey of self-discovery and spiritual growth. Through the act of creation, we tap into our deepest emotions, connect with our inner selves, and find meaning in the world around us. Art can help us grow and learn about ourselves in many ways. • Art allows individuals to express their thoughts, feelings, and experiences tangibly. • Art can be a therapeutic tool for processing emotions, whether it's joy, sorrow, anger, or confusion. By expressing these feelings creatively, individuals can gain a sense of emotional release and healing. • Creating art can boost your self-esteem. Seeing your skills improve and your creations come to life can be rewarding. • Art can help you think creatively and solve problems. Artists must think carefully and try different things when they face difficulties. These skills can be useful in other parts of your life too. PS: This is my first charcoal sketch and a personal favorite. #art #selfgrowth #spirituality
