Sometimes in life we find ourselves back where we started - moving back to the town we grew up in, returning to a regular workout routine after a few months off, trying to remember a foreign language that hasn't been used in a while .... Except it's never really "right where you started". Because you've grown. Last July I left Zencity after 4+ years, to challenge myself in a new industry beyond my home of local government and community engagement. In all senses of the word it was my start in the tech world. AI-powered solutions are a driving force of change in today's world and, whether it's building trust in communities or the next big culinary trend, AI-driven insights and more efficient, informed decision-making are revolutionizing the definition of innovation. In the last year I upped my professional acumen, dove head first into the food & bev industry with the privilege of working with some of the most exciting and largest CPG's in the world, and honed my understanding of how AI can help us understand behavior and trends at scale. And with this year of immense learning, new experiences and growth, it's so special that my journey gets to come full circle, back to where I started. Except this time, keeping on trend and focusing on GROWTH 🤝 🌱 🚀 . Starting back at Zencity as an Account Manager, I can't wait to reconnect with old friends, build new partnerships, and help communities grow together with more voices at the table. And what better way to kick-off than with an offsite dedicated to growth, and refining the playbook for how we set the standard for community engagement?

The past 2 years were both exciting and enriching for me and this wouldn't have been possible without the unconditional support of my wonderful colleagues. I joined Novopay Solutions with big dreams of being able to make an impact through my work, and hopefully, along the way learn the art of becoming a good team player and a leader. Together, we achieved remarkable milestones, from rebranding to securing analyst recognitions, driving significant organic growth, and a healthy growth pipeline. While all this, less did I know that I would be able to achieve much more than what I had aspired for - finding mentors and friends for a lifetime. Srikanth Sir, very few people get a chance to work with visionaries, and I was extremely privileged to have worked with you closely and will cherish that for the rest of my life. 🎉 New Beginnings & Life's Twists 🌱 I’m beyond excited to share that I’ve started a new position at Growisto as a Talent Acquisition Associate. This is a huge milestone for me, and I’m looking forward to all the new experiences and challenges that come with it. But I want to be honest getting to this point has been anything but smooth. My personal life has been a bit of a whirlwind lately. I’ve had my fair share of moments where everything felt like it was falling apart. There were times when I felt completely overwhelmed, questioning how I could manage the emotional rollercoaster while still trying to move forward in my career. In the midst of the chaos, though, I’ve learned so much about myself. I’ve discovered the importance of allowing myself to feel everything, even when it’s uncomfortable, and the strength that comes from pushing through those tough moments. I’ve also been reminded of how much it means to have people in your corner, and I'm grateful to my friends, family, and colleagues who stood by me, offering their unwavering support. I’m thankful to Toshika Aggarwal for being a guiding force in my journey. Your support and advice have been essential, I also want to give a shoutout to YourDOST for being a lifeline when I needed it most. 21 years ago I was at one of those crossroads. I was deciding between two very different ideas: accepting a position to lead a project at a huge corporation in California (I always wanted to be in the US), or starting my own thing. I chose the latter, the hard path. My parents and friends thought I was crazy. They couldn't understand that I was leaving the stability of my job, and rejecting a leadership position at a major company when I was still in college, to embark on a personal project that involved innovating in uncharted territory, such as doing PR over ICQ (remember?) and doing account management over Yahoo Messenger (how about now?) I won't deny that I was pretty nervous, but I was convinced that this was what I wanted to do with my life, and that conviction was stronger than any doubt. Not having a family of my own at the time probably helped a lot. Today, half my life later, I look back and it’s pretty humbling. I was able to establish my own company and to accomplish a lot more than I’ve ever dreamed of. I’ve been honored to work with some of the best in this industry, to have Kubikware included in the prestigious Inc. 5000 list five times (I used to look at others that made it and couldn’t fathom how it was even possible) and to have formed strong relationships with clients and teammates who trust me and the work we do, and some of whom have become great friends. And I live in the place I’ve always wanted to be in, because of Argentina having made me who I am. 🤗 If I had to choose the thing that I’m most proud of, is to have transformed my original “Founder and CEO” email signature - which stood for “Chief EVERYTHING Officer” - into a structured and super solid company, with a team of talented people who share my values, hold the fort, believe in what we do, and defend it every day. 💪 Kubikware has WAY outgrown that teenage dream. We are a company where human values are fundamental, where teamwork is the key that opens every door, and where we help everyone here and our clients fulfill their dreams, just like I did.
