Your GTM team is feeling the heat. You’ve maxed out your current ICP, and growth is stuck. Here’s the deal: Most teams are fishing in same red oceans… ***overfished and hyper-competitive. We’re all scraping the same traditional databases, fighting for scraps, and recycling leads that everyone else has already worked to death. *Growth is not going to happen by fighting over exhausted prospects. It happens when you step back, challenge the “this is how we’ve always done it” mindset, and considering to target markets with low competition and massive potential. I’m curious: How many of your competitors are effectively penetrating industries like government, education, manufacturing, infrastructure or logistics? Unlike trendy industries that come and go, these sectors stick around. They survive economic downturns, adapted (albeit slowly) to technological shifts, and are still standing. But, they are often overlooked because they’re considered too complex, too niche, or outside the comfort zone. At DataBees, we’ve built years of expertise uncovering data points in hard-to-reach, niche industries. The ones that are not available in traditional databases. Our team thrives in exploring uncharted territories, equipping you with insights that let you fish where no one else is looking. If your GTM team is stuck, let’s figure out how to get you moving again. Let’s connect.

10 key GTM learnings “1. 0-1 sales talent does not exist. Founders, this is you. 2. Product/market fit is almost always found in adjacent markets. Don’t handcuff yourself to Day 1 market vision. 3. The demo should never be focused on the product. 4. You need to understand their buying process before you build your GTM. 5. Unlocking product/market fit is a process of elimination (like science), NOT a hedge. 6. If the problem is not currently being measured or managed, it’s likely not a priority. 7. Specificity is fastest way to build market trust. “Wow, I feel like this was built just for me.” 8. The quality of your questions is critical for discovery; the quality of their questions is critical for intent. 9. Your niche is not a random starting point. It’s a GTM strategy to prove the experiment. 10. Building a working GTM will take longer than building a working product.” Via Jen Abel
