Key Takeaways from Session 7 of the PMM Mastery Program 🌟 I had a fantastic time at the 7th session of the G-CMO 's PMM Mastery Program. It was held at Nayax, a global fintech leader in cashless payment solutions, and hosted by Michal 🦄 Sever, the VP of Product Marketing and one of our professional program leaders. Our evening began with a fascinating tour of Nayax's innovative gadgets, followed by an open panel discussion on the importance of cross-functional collaboration and how to overcome its challenges. Expert Panelists Included: ✨ Shanit Benzikri 🇮🇱, Director of Marcom & Field Marketing ✨ Lee Taylor-Shehebar 🎗️, Talent Acquisition Manager & HRBP ✨ Erez Aminpour, Chief Product Officer ✨ Yinon Raviv, EVP Global Energy Sales for EV, Forecourt & Parking It was great getting to know Nayax’s PMMs Shelly Kaminer, Ayelet Mechany and Olivier Josefowitz and learning about their experiences. 💡 Here are my top 3 takeaways from this session: 💡Collaboration is Key: At Nayax, collaboration transcends departments involving sales, marketing, HR, and product teams. This synergy is essential for achieving successful outcomes. Effective PMMs bridge the gap between these teams, ensuring cohesive strategies and execution. 💡Deep Product and Market Knowledge: To excel, PMMs must thoroughly understand the products they support and be able to challenge and refine use cases. Staying informed about market trends and customer needs is crucial for crafting impactful messaging and go-to-market strategies. 💡Global but Local Approach: Nayax’s strategy for market localization exemplifies the balance between global reach and local relevance. By fine-tuning products to meet specific market needs and regulations, PMMs can effectively position their offerings and maximize ROI. This approach is vital for managing the diverse requirements of 128 countries. These insights reaffirm the importance of a well-rounded, collaborative, and knowledgeable approach to Product Marketing Management. I’m excited to apply these learnings and drive impactful results! #ProductMarketing #Collaboration #MarketKnowledge #PMM #GlobalStrategy #ProfessionalGrowth #Nayax #PMMMastery

🫡🫡Thank you Ottawa Product Management & Marketing Association Product Management & Marketing Association for yet another beautiful event. I wanted to share my experience from the recent OPMMA event with you since I shared the invite(hahaha). Everything went smoothly, right from the venue to the attendees, the speaker, and the delicious food and drinks(Yummy). Events like these make me eager not to miss any OPMMA gatherings. At the event, where Ed Goffin of Pleora Technologies spoke about their journey into the world of AI. It was eye-opening to hear about the challenges they faced and the lessons they learned along the way. He did not describe the transition flawlessly as most would have done. One key takeaway was the discussion on the complexities of integrating AI solutions into operations, despite the hype surrounding it. Pleora's specialization in AI for manufacturing and its innovative approach to customizing AI tools for businesses was particularly fascinating. He also highlighted how their expertise in connecting cameras to processors has revolutionized industries like healthcare. However, entering the AI market wasn't easy, and Pleora faced both internal and external challenges and had to adapt to a new market landscape. Despite the hurdles, their success demonstrated the importance of perseverance, adaptability, and prioritizing customer feedback. Reflecting on Pleora's journey, I am truly inspired by their ability to innovate in the ever-changing AI and machine vision landscape. I'm eager to apply the lessons of perseverance, adaptability, and prioritizing customer feedback as I continue my career in marketing. Let's embrace challenges, celebrate wins, and pave the way for a future filled with innovation and possibility. Thank you Ottawa Product Management & Marketing Association. With this, I invite you to register for OPMMA's product camp in April.
