One thing I get back a lot from clients is “thanks for looking after us” It sounds small but what does it mean. It means listening to their problems and building solutions that aren’t set in stone but instead flexible. It means if a client is growing, knowing how to grow their content marketing and building a community without just doubling their costs. It means finding ways to bulk capture content and increase access to production without it costing their entire marketing budget. I love nothing more then being a clients content specialist and offer creative solutions all while watching my clients grow!
