You’ve seen me talk about Off-market deals often, But they aren't my only go-to in property investing. Sure, they can offer great opportunities.  They're less competitive.  They can yield high returns.  Yet, they're not the only game in town. Diversification is important in any investment strategy.  It's no different in real estate. By investing in both off-market and on-market properties, I spread my risk. I increase my chances of success. Off-market deals can be unpredictable.  They rely heavily on networking and personal connections. Sometimes they're abundant. Sometimes, they dry up. On-market properties, on the other hand, are always available.  They're easily accessible.  They provide a steady stream of opportunities. I also appreciate the transparency of on-market deals. The listing price, property details, and seller's information are all publicly available.  This transparency helps me make informed decisions. So, while I do love a good off-market deal, I don't rely solely on them. I believe in a balanced approach. I believe in diversifying my portfolio. After all, the real estate market is vast and full of opportunities.
