Off Market - Myth, Miracle or Essential? Working across a few property strategies and areas, I get asked a lot about "off-market" properties... "Do you have access to off-market opportunities?" "Can't I just find these for myself?" "Can you find me something before its available?" I think the answer is - it depends This is what I've seen on my property journey... Investments : 1) I can get a head start - partnering with certain auction companies they give me access to properties ahead of general marketing, that way I can market to my investor pool and via the Sourced Network pre-auction opportunities (several days) 2) Sometime estate agents will call me and give me the chance to book a viewing before they upload properties to the portals (we are talking minutes, hours not days) 3) I know a lot of people have strong investor/landlord relationships and will be offered properties to market "off market", takes time and relationships Buying agent / Relocation services: 4) I'm not aware of agents holding back the types of properties that these clients would be looking for (general housing or premium housing stock), unless I suppose where it is very premium/niche locations and the Buying agent has a large list of clients waiting to buy If anyone out there has built ways to get off market properties for investors or for Buying Agent/relocation purposes, I'd love to talk with you Either message me, or leave remarks in the comments, I'm genuinely interested, as sometimes I think people are offering a unicorn to their clients #offmarket #investors #buyingagents #unicorn #property
