Each year Bullhorn releases its GRID survey on all things recruitment, the challenges and the trends, where clients are finding success and what is most important to them now and going forward. My key take aways from our 2024 report are as follows: - Top-performing recruitment agencies place candidates in 19 days or less - 58% of recruitment agencies cite economic uncertainty as their top challenge going into 2024. - Recruitment agencies that had the most success winning new business in 2023 were 40% more likely to heavily leverage automation.
