Two things jumped out at me: 1) No matter how senior you are, we all share the same challenge - working with others. Visibility tip: female leaders who feel uncomfortable about being visible can overcome this barrier by making it not about them. Here's how: being a visible female leader normalises women in leadership roles. Men are overwhelmingly visible in this space, so being a visible female leader demonstrates to other women that a leadership career is within reach, while also starting to balance the visibility of women and men in leadership roles.
