**When Women in Leadership Act Like Men, Everyone Loses** It’s a hard truth, but one we need to talk about: some women in leadership positions believe that to succeed, they need to adopt the same aggressive, cutthroat tactics often associated with male leaders. But at what cost? Early in my career, I worked under a female leader whose leadership style mirrored that of her male counterparts—intimidating, controlling, and dismissive of collaboration. Instead of feeling empowered, I felt belittled and drained. It was a tough lesson.
