Completely agree Bhejash Joshi we at Potent have been advocating around similar lines for B2B & SaaS companies. In fact there is a model that we have derived which talks about 4 realities for a user to engage 1) Absorption- that is entertainment 2) Education - that is influencer & storytellers 3) Aesthetic- that is art, asmr etc 4) Escapism - that is gaming, audio etc If the content mix does not fall into this it usually goes unnoticed!
