What is the most effective way to distribute TV content across multiple platforms?
I don't think this question is of great 'value' to any video production company. Simply because: You don't create TV content for any other platform other than TV. You create content based on where you're target audience is, and the platform that you want to target them on. TV won't work on Instagram, Instagram won't work on TikTok, and TikTok won't work on YouTube. We're living in the times where we're trying to tick every platforms' box with one piece of work, and if that's your approach, you're on a fast-track route to failure 💁🏼♀️

What are the most important elements of high-quality web content?
I've made well over 1,000 videos on LinkedIn since 2018, and here's what (in my opinion) it comes down to: (1) Relatability: You must CONNECT with your target audience on a personal level. (2) Uniqueness: Everybody under the sun is now posting content. What sets you apart? (3)Showing Up: 90% of life is just about showing up. So, regularly post great value-add creative. Knuckle down on what consumers are going through at this moment, and create content that's completely unique in its approach and resonates with them on their level - none of this corporate fluff. At least, that's what I do for myself, and my clients; and we've never had a problem.

How can you use content curation to establish thought leadership in new markets?
From my experience of building an engaged network of around 30,000 over the last few years on LinkedIn, it all comes down to consistency. Regularly creating top-notch content (Video, graphics, photos, and podcasts) of your niche. Remember, you can pivot very quickly on social due to the burn-and-churn style of content that people see, then forget in a few hours' time. Build yourself a content plan, start posting weekly (daily is better) content around your though-leadership niche, and give it three months to sink into consumers' minds that you're the expert within this space. The hard part is getting started.
