Your partnerships should be customer-driven. Krispy Kreme's customers have been asking them to expand locations. Alone, that wasn't going to happen. Partnering, now that's a different story. Krispy Kreme and McDonald's began this partnership with a "pilot" at 160 locations in the Kentucky area. Excitement and demand exceeded expectations which prompted a deeper partnership between these two giants. "Three of Krispy Kreme’s most popular doughnuts will be delivered fresh to McDonald’s restaurants every day. They’ll be available individually, or in boxes of six, starting at breakfast and lasting throughout the day – while supplies last." Dogs are not allowed to sit in the shop but can sit around chairs outside, when water bowls are frequently brought out. For the owners and the team, once you enter that store they appear to just want to give you a memorable experience.
