Vision OS has received its first update, visionOS 2! https://lnkd.in/dzc-57bi This update brings a number of new features to Apple Vision Pro that make the spatial computing experience even more immersive and productive. Key highlights include: Spatial Photos: Create spatial photos from existing photos that can be viewed and rotated in Quick Look. Edit spatial videos in Final Cut Pro: You can now edit spatial videos in Final Cut Pro, creating even more immersive experiences. Customizable Home View: Customize your Home View to display your spatial apps the way you want. New navigation gestures: New gestures help you navigate spatial apps. In addition, visionOS 2 includes several other enhancements, including: - Enhanced - SharePlay in Photos - Panoramic productivity with Mac Virtual Display - Videos become more cinematic in Safari - Customizable settings - Improved Quick Look VisionOS 2 is a powerful update that makes Apple Vision Pro even more versatile. We're particularly excited about the new Hand Tracking and Enterprise API features. Hand Tracking allows you to interact with your spatial apps in a more natural way, while the Enterprise API gives businesses more control over how they deploy and manage visionOS devices. The Hand Tracking feature is similar to what Meta offers, while the Enterprise API integration is a clear sign that Vision OS is not primarily targeting consumers at this time.
