Out of hundreds of solutions to climate change I read on LinkedIn, this one stands out. Simple, little new science needed—just do it. Building a solar farm at a retiring coal power plant and connecting the farm to the existing interconnecting system to the grid. https://lnkd.in/gwNxd52X

Its time to stop criminal action using renewables as an excuse. Destruction of vegitation that are animal habitats & marine life with eco systems are being destroyed with the support of governments and taxpayer rebates. Miners have to lodge land rehabilitation plans for end of mine sites before starting, Solar & Wind farms destroy with nosecond thought on the damage caused to environment. Material used incluing solar panels or wind turbines are not recyclable creating further damage to local eco systems.
Ardent supporters of action on climate change are warning of another looming crisis: damage to sensitive ecosystems to make way for renewable energy. They say it’s time for a rethink: https://bit.ly/3C72lot
