Another year, another set of supply chain disruptions! Prologis Research has released our latest report on the state of supply chain risks in 2024. We took a look back at how 2023 played out and applied a similar analytical structure to current and potential disruptions facing supply chains in 2024. Our analysis suggests that East Coast ports won't lose as much market share from uncertainty created by labor negotiations in 2024 compared to the West Coast in 2023, even as Panama Canal and Red Sea disruptions favor West Coast ports.
