Our strategic #investment in creating #CoE across multiple #domains is a clear testimonial towards our #customer centricity & focus on creating a #framework that allows our client organizations to scale with least disruption. Our CoE also acts as a new #baseline for company processes to move forward, making it easier for these #standardized practices to be adopted to bring #benefits to our #clients. Among the benefits a CoE brings to an organization include #efficient use of resources, provision of #quality solutions, products and bringing #consistency in services to customers besides reduction in operation costs by eliminating inefficient practices and cutting implementation time for new #skills and #technologies.

In today’s business world it’s hard to find good people, but harder to keep them. The hardest part even, is making them to stay long enough for you to build growth, vision and maybe your succession. It’s the founder and CEO’s dilemma. You have to create a special set out of your entire lot for this. You have to identify and build intentionally what you desire. That set to build succession with require that out of your many, that they the most highly competent (highflyers) and loyal ones. That intersection is mainly personality based. It starts from identifying those fit enough to be called highflyers. https://lnkd.in/ee3X-4y

My views on yesterday's Everest Group session on The Evolution of Next-Gen Customer Engagement Platforms, is that a stark reality emerges for the life sciences and pharmaceutical industry. The era of one-size-fits-all CRM systems is decisively over. The traditional CRM model, once a cornerstone of business operations, now stands as a relic in the face of evolving regulatory landscapes, diverse stakeholder needs, and the relentless march of technological innovation and omnichannel customer engagement. Commercial teams tracking sales metrics, Medical Affairs engaging in scientific discourse, Marketing orchestrating multichannel campaigns, Clinical Research managing intricate trial data, and Market Access navigating the labyrinth of payer relationships. Each vertical operates in its own unique ecosystem, governed by distinct objectives and stringent regulatory requirements. The notion that a single CRM solution could effectively serve this diverse array of needs is not just impractical—it's potentially detrimental to operational efficiency and regulatory compliance. Attempting to force these specialized functions into a generic CRM is akin to fitting square pegs into round holes. The result is invariably a compromise that satisfies no one. The future lies in adaptable, modular CRM solutions that can be tailored to the specific needs of each department while maintaining the critical ability to integrate and share data across the organization. F As we stand at this inflection point at look at what's ahead for 2025 and beyond, it's clear that the life sciences industry must embrace this evolution or risk being left behind. The next generation of CRM solutions in our sector will not be defined by their ability to do everything, but by their capacity to do the right things exceptionally well for each specialized function, truly unifying the Customer Experience. The era of adaptive, intelligent customer engagement platforms is upon us. The question is no longer whether to adapt, but how quickly and effectively we can transform our approach to customer engagement. At The Palindromic, we understand the needs of the market and actively drive the industry transformation alongside life sciences organizations, technology partners, and system integrators. 📧 [email protected] Thank you Chunky Satija, Rohit Khuttan, and Durga SaiSri Ambati for sharing your expertise in today's session. As usual, very insightful! #CXM #AIinHealthcare #CRM #CustomerRelationsManagement #pharmaceuticals
