Unilever has recently revamped its global media agency partnerships, incorporating Publicis Groupe and Dentsu into its roster. This decision follows a comprehensive media review initiated in January 2024. Previously, Unilever partnered with WPP, Omnicom, Havas, and Interpublic. Under this new structure, WPP will continue to manage major markets such as the US, UK, China, and India, while also overseeing Sub-Saharan Africa. Publicis Groupe will take on media responsibilities in Thailand, the Philippines, and Vietnam, areas that were previously managed by WPP. 🟢 Inclusive Media Planning & Buying Award Category Shortlist Presenting OMD UK for Southeastern Railway’s Diverse Recruitment Drive Campaign 🎉 OMD UK was tasked with the challenge of diversifying Southeastern Rail’s workforce by reaching young women from South Asian and Black heritage (18-24) to encourage applications for open roles. To ensure maximum impact and cost efficiency, OMD implemented postcode targeting to eliminate waste and partnered effectively with Unite, Southeastern, and Acast. This strategy was enhanced through a multi-channel approach, including audio, OOH, display, and social media, achieving an impressive 104% fulfilment rate. The campaign featured influential podcasts hosted by Black and South Asian voices, such as Girls That Invest, To My Sisters, The Uncut, and 3 Shots.
