✨ ADHD Awareness Month! My personal ADHD Support System✨ Managing ADHD isn’t about finding one solution—it’s about discovering the right mix of tools and strategies that work for you. For me, it has changed over time and continues to changer depending on the season of life that i'm experiencing. I have spent many years deep diving into personal and professional development, which I found very beneficial, but for me today my daily strategies includes - Running - Affirmations and Visualisations - Meditation, and - Medication. Running helps clear my mind and manage stress, while meditation and mindset tools keep me grounded and focused. Medication plays a critical role too, giving me the clarity and focus I need to stay on top of my day-to-day responsibilities.
