She holds two academic degrees, an MA in Psychology and an MBA in Strategy, Marketing, and Organizational Behavior. She has focused her energy, mind, and work on understanding the new era and helping organizations pass through the bottleneck of fast environmental and technological #change . Her message, while sounding the alarm of the necessary steps we should fastly adopt through mass investments in our humanity - through #education and re-education/training - is fundamentally an optimistic view of reality: "we should embrace and celebrate the chaotic nature of our times, for it is through and with the chaos that a better, most advanced and less inhumane civilization may emerge", she says.
