Air Liquide Engineering & Construction’s Post

Women in #stem have made significant contributions to their respective fields throughout history. Nevertheless, they still often face systemic barriers such as gender bias and stereotypes that might contribute to the under-representation of #women, notably in industrial and scientific roles. On the occasion of ⭐ International Women’s Day ⭐, let’s meet Ines Recio, General Manager of Air Liquide Poland, who started her career in Air Liquide Engineering & Construction, mainly in site activities. By sharing her experience, she helps break down stereotypes we often hear about women in #engineering. 👉 Ensuring #genderequality and creating an #inclusive work environment, where all #talents, regardless of gender, can thrive, are priorities for Air Liquide Engineering & Construction. Increasing efforts to support and encourage women in engineering can help bridge the gaps and meet our ambitious goal to increase to 35% of women among our managers and professionals by 2025. 👉 To find more about our initiatives to promote gender #diversity and #inclusion, visit this page: https://lnkd.in/eiVK-mjz #internationalwomensday #InspireInclusion #Ichooseairliquide

Thanks Ines Recio for sharing your experiences and thoughts. I'm convinced that your message will inspire future talents (and not only women!) 👏
