🇨🇳 Mission to China | This week, a delegation of the Marseille Fos Port Authority, headed by the Director of Business Development and Intermodal Solutions, Amal LOUIS, is travelling to China to strengthen economic ties and promote the green maritime corridor between China and Europe via the Mediterranean. 🌟 China is the leading trading partner of the #portofmarseillefos and represents considerable growth potential for logistics flows between Asia and Europe. By developing an optimised maritime corridor, Marseille Fos offers Chinese companies direct access to European markets, reducing transit times and costs compared to northern ports. 📅 From 4 to 6 November, the Grand Port Maritime de Marseille - Port de Marseille Fos will be meeting many of the key players in trade between Europe and China in the France Pavilion at the China International Import Expo (CIIE), and will be stepping up its trade with China. I was honored to be invited to participate in the 10th World Free Zones Organization ("World FZO") Congress at Jumeirah Dubai, alongside Mr. Michael Labudin, the Head of the Association of Clusters, Technoparks, and SEZs of Russia. 🌐 It was great to connect with #freezone authorities and investors from around the world, including #India, #China, #Africa, #LATAM, and #CIS countries in the UAE - a leading international trade hub and rapidly growing business capital. I am excited to highlight that one of the panel sessions focused on #BRICS+ trade, featuring representatives from Russia, the UAE, India, South Africa, and Argentina.
