Simple hack for getting out of a sales rut: Keep track of your average number of calls between a sale. Say this number is 126 calls. When you feel like you’re stuck, triple your average… And you’ll almost always hit a sale before then. Don’t focus on your frustration… Focus on hitting 3x your average number of calls. So often, you’ll have 5 sales in the next batch. It’s just the way the craft works.

Three to focus on when shopping for homeowners insurance 🏡: 1. Coverage Limits - in laymen’s terms, this is the amount of money your insurance company will pay you if something bad happens. You want to make sure the limit coverage is high enough to rebuild or repair your home if it did get damaged. 2. Your deductible - this is the amount of money you have to pay before your insurance provider starts to pay for the damages occurred. Key thing here is selecting a deductible that you can afford in the unfortunate event that something did happen. 3. Any additional coverages - there are extra things that homeowner insurance covers like, coverage for accidents or personal items. In addition to that, you may want to ask about other endorsements you can add for certain scenarios that are more likely to occur when owning a home! Keeping an open mind but also being focused on what’s important for you and your family when it relates to homeowners insurance is key to make sure your most valuable things are protected and if accidents do happen you have the proper coverage 💼.

Stop making excuses for poor performance or your business will tank. Leadership is hard and often time you have to be stern. Be stern now or lose $$ later and have a bunch of drama. You need to have standards for your organization which yields transparency for anyone working there. If your team isn’t performing, it’s always going to be your fault.
