What do you do if you're struggling to manage your time and prioritize tasks as a leader?
The greatest enemy you and your team have is context switching. If you're switching tasks every hour all in the same day, you won't get much done. But, if you can create time blocks to do focused work with no context switching, you'll get lots done without burning out. Proactively structuring your calendar helps you optimize your productivity and strike a balance between being a manager and a maker.

How can you launch and scale your startup?
The strategy that got you to your current revenue stage won't help you grow to the next. Founders that understand this and iterate the right way WIN. Here are 5 principles that served me well as a SaaS Founder: 1. Take the successes and double down. 2. Turn what went wrong into lessons learned. 3. Measure the data. 4. Run controlled experiments every week. 5. Iterate, iterate, and iterate. It's the iterations that make for success.

How can you stay organized while developing your startup?
Burnout happens to 100% of Entrepreneurs. It's inevitable, but how you deal with burnout is what sets apart success and failure. As a Founder of 3 companies, I follow four key principles that help me operate efficiently in my personal and professional life: 1. Define your purpose: Why are you doing what you do? What drives you? 2. Optimize your time management: You'll never feel like you got "enough" done in 24 hours. Delegate your to-do list and structure your week. 3. Make time to pause and reflect: Take time to reflect and plan for the next week, and the month. 4. Build an Unstoppable life strategy: Much like your business, your life needs a strategy too. You’re a startup founder who wants to keep tabs on data. How can you do it without sacrificing your time?
I stare at the same spreadsheet every Monday morning. It can be boring and repetitive, but those hours I spend staring at the same spreadsheet every week has helped me build thriving businesses. As an early stage Founder, here are three key metrics I look at, update, and find new ways to improve every Monday morning: 1. # of Leads 2. # of Leads Activated to Opportunity 3. # of Opportunities Won I find comfort and excitement in my dashboard. Especially when I can visually see these core metrics go up every week.

The lifetime chance of getting what is commonly known as Lou Gehrig's disease is actually 1 in 350 in men, and 1 in 400 in women. The difference is that A.L.S. kills so quickly that the number of living patients at any one time is relatively small -- which also means that there is not a large population of victims to agitate for research and relief. The number of ALS cases across the globe is expected to increase 69% by 2040. The stats may be dire, but all is not lost.
The key to ALS research is to get expanded access to treatment, which increases the amount of data, increases help for ALS patients, and therefore accelerates the likelihood of finding a cure.
There are bills both in the Senate and Congress that does exactly this with bi-partisan support and co-sponsors. BUT... as with competing priorities in government, we need to show our support for the bill by emailing and calling our local representatives. How? Use the Help Mayuri web-based application and join our ALS Warrior movement: https://helpmayuri.com. -

I learned the incredible impact and rewards of giving at ToutApp where we first instituted our "Tout for Tout" program (https://bit.ly/tout-for-tout-program). For every Enterprise customer that bought the platform, we'd give an instance of the platform to a Non-Profit completely free. Non-Profits would use our sales engagement platform to drive their fundraising efforts.

Now at TK | Strategies, where we help, coach and educate startup leaders achieve scale with an unstoppable strategy -- we've pledged to give 10% of our gross revenues and 10% of our time to non-profits, causes, and charities that are also just starting out. Our giving focuses on two areas I'm extremely passionate about: Education and Children.
Our current Non-Profit partners/initiatives include:
• Operation Underground Railroad (https://ourrescue.org/)
• Teach for Bangladesh (https://www.teachforbangladesh.org/)
