What are the most effective digital channels for building brand awareness?
We always look first at who we are trying to reach to "change hearts and minds" around our brands. From that, we can better identify which physical and in this case, "glowing rectangle" spaces we should be in and when, meeting them where they are. For instance, we tend to use LinkedIn for more of the B2B / pro audience with thought leadership, community/influencer building, and elements that help better link our brands to how they might grow their own business (case studies, market content, etc.) Then, we may look at Instagram (visual-heavy) or Facebook (conversational / helpful) as a place to build awareness / relationships with end users as part of our broader B2C brand strategy.
