What are the best ways to use your team and partners in your planning?
Co-create with them. While all of the sections above talk about sharing or listening with your partners or team, it misses the value of co-creation. Co-creation is the act of laying out the problem and working as an equal team to develop solutions. Instead of sharing solutions, you rally on the problem to be addressed providing context to creatively develop solutions together. This instills ownership with your team and partners driving better results with a lot less friction.
