The saying is that the only things that are certain are death and taxes. And yet the complex rules and obscure procedures have injected great uncertainty in tax payments in the United States. I'm encouraged to see this #IRS plan and roadmap for modernization.

Ameri-Metro / GIFDA So how is an entity named EGX Bond, LLC relative to GIFDA discussions? This empty shell entity registered $1,500,000,000 (yes, billions) in bonds of which it assigned these non salable bonds due to horrible ratings to GIFDA via Fidelity. GIFDA quickly changed the name on the bonds to its own name and own rating of AA+ which is bogusly tied to municipal bond ratings. GIFDA in turn agreed to loan EGX 30% of the principle back interest free. Well lets see how this shakes out; this entity was formed in late 2022 and registered in Wyoming at this address; https://lnkd.in/eC3hcW-m Obviously Suite 300 is up for lease as nobody is there. The other mailing address listed is: 9351 S Dutch Valley Dr South Jordan, UT That's the house of Preston Olsen the founder of EGX. So, how much is EGX actually worth? ZERO!!! Shah's entire plan is to tokenize empty shell companies using the bond market indirectly making the company look as if it's worth billions but actually worth as much as the junk bonds it holds. This is the most sophisticated "situation" I've encountered in my career of 40 years. Quite impressive, fooled even retired FBI agents. Stand by, a lot more to come during exposure week.
