Led a large local digital reseller through an RFI process to evaluate the ongoing viability and strategic options for their $10M Local SEO practice for SMBs. The key strategic questions revolved around the viability and growth potential of SEO as a product offering in the face of ongoing changes from Google.

The key strategic questions revolved around the viability and growth potential of SEO as a product offering in the face of ongoing changes from Google.
Through an RFI process we were able to survey both large and small Local SEO suppliers and develop a comprehensive view of changes, market direction, new required capabilities and evolving service delivery strategies.
Outcome- The RFI process validated that Local SEO was going to remain a viable product category for the next 3-5 years at least and that this client could grow the product line with the addition of a new product offering at the low end of the market and by reconfiguring services at the high end.
