You're struggling to retain customers. How can you use online chat services to keep them coming back?
I know from my own personal experiences with online chat that I find it to be very helpful. It provides clients with a more real time experience usually without a long hold time. I have been able to get an issue resolved more quickly and in a timely manner. I also appreciated them following up with an email of the conversation for me to have on record just in case something comes up in the future, I have a record of it to reference as well. I actually prefer using chat over a phone call as well because I find the communication to be more effective and for both parties to be on the same page.
