“There are some people you work with who are so good that you never have to concern yourself with what they are doing - Melanie is such a person. She has all of the characteristics of a great market researcher - smart, independent, attention to detail, personable with clients, enthusiastic, funny, perceptive and strategic. But on top of all that, she always takes the initiative and goes the extra step, doing those things which make the difference between having a satisfied client and having a fiercely loyal client. Melanie would be a welcome addition to any organization.”
