I'm totally hooked on Shadcn-Vue! The ability to inject components into your project as if they were part of it from the start is incredibly satisfying. With other UI libraries, it often feels like you're limited to whatever the docs suggest. Will developer communities turn into ghost towns in a few years? Will the activity take a compete nose dive? If LLM’s co’s are scrapping known knowledge and we can get most of our answers via #ai, people will ask less questions and respond less and less on forums. Maybe fringe use cases will get posted, but will anyone be there to answer? Maybe the question/answers begin to concentrate on prompt engineering? TBD. Yesterday two of my consult calls shared that they didn’t know that Developer Relations was a thing. When you’re in it, in the depth of the industry and knowledge, it’s easy to think everyone knows what you do. I sort of fell into this bucket a little, but I should have known better. This means I may need to change my messaging and approach if I plan to target these prospects. I can’t use the term DevRel until I’ve introduced it first. Do you listen to your developer customers to know that your messaging or approach needs to shift?

Accessibility Tip of the Day 269: Writing as clearly as possible is called using "plain language". Plain language makes it easier for people to read, understand, and follow information online. This is particularly helpful for any sort of government communication. People need to be able to understand how to do things like apply for a passport, renew their driver's license, or vote. Earlier this year, I interviewed at the three biggest QA Contract companies. The position? Working on new AI driven QA programs... We are about 6 months out from when most of those programs will be shown to the major AAA game companies they work with. I'll say it before, and I'll say it again. If you want to continue to be in QA and work for AAA companies, you best be doing all you can to show your worth in regard to AI. Period. If you dont, things will get bad real quick... Also, I understand.. Unions.. Unions can also disappear real quick when that organization is no longer needed at the company.. You've been warned for awhile... Dont be too shocked when things go south for you and you just sit back hoping it doesn't. If you know AI/ML... You can be shown value elsewhere in the company once the first dominos fall... #qa #gaming #ai #ml
