A value-centered GTM process has been deeply important to me over the years, however, in the last 12+ months it's importance has significantly grown. The Winning by Design team was able to integrate our Value Realization Plan approach into their existing methodology that stresses a focus on identifying and measuring "Impact" to the customer.
