Trauma and Immobility Moments of Stillness Being Stuck in the Body and in the Situation Persons who have experienced trauma in the past that remains unresolved often find situations of forced immobility extremely challenging: These can be everyday situations that may seem simple to handle, such as: • falling asleep or waking up, when a person is in a kind of “in-between” state or half-sleep, where they can’t yet move physically but can already think and feel consciously • being in a meeting with many people • sitting in school, confined to a specific place with no ability to leave • visiting the dentist, needing to sit still and unable to leave • undergoing a medical examination or intervention that requires immobility, such as partial anesthesia • being in a car, next to another, in an uncomfortable environment, unable to get out • being stuck in traffic on the highway, unable to move forward • in an elevator or crowded public transportation, feeling unable to move because of the confined space • in the aeroplane in a confined space • being in a restaurant, sitting on a table ...... Persons describe this as if they were helplessly trapped in their bodies – the mind and body seem disconnected, in a way that is hard to explain. Each person experiences this individually: some want to flee but cannot, others feel frozen, and others feel the urge to fight and become aggressive. This separation is not abnormal; it’s an involuntary protective response of the body. Due to trauma, the nervous system remains in a constant state of "alert," and often the body reacts faster than the mind – it feels paralyzed or trapped before the mind realizes there is no immediate danger. There are ways to handle this situation and provide some relief. The first step out of immobility is to recognize and not judge the traumatized part within us and to offer it care and attention. What is held in the body can rarely be explained by the mind. Therefore, a form of first aid can be to try to move the body, touch it, exhale deeply, move the neck, perhaps clench fists, move toes – even the smallest movement of the eyes can help to calm the nervous system and ease tension somewhat. It may also help to connect yourself to a person you feel save in the room. Good morning guys, before I express my message today I most first give thanks to all friends and strangers, that without thinking gives aid to others that was affected by the hurricane. My strongest respect to you guys, and I pray God richest blessings pour out in strength and health to you great people 🙏 My message today is Good things come all at once, great things takes time. In the beautiful hearts of willingness time is your best friend, use this time step-by-step daily practices will get you there. ❤ step one. love what you do. Step 2. Make sure your stepping forward in the write direction, as many false information sounds good. Remember try to keep organized from foundation. And during your stages in life their will be different and sometimes difficult areas, take your time to pick though. The other day I mentioned about the energy around us. Yes some location limits your thinking. How to over come a situation where your thoughts become writers blocks. 1. Get good rest. 2. Rearrange, bedroom etc. 3. Sit under a tree 4. Meditation. 5. Eat fruits, nuts, seeds, and grass fed beef. 6. Fix all the little things exa: polish your shoes 👞, fix the leak on the roof, the pipe in the kitchen. This will help. 7. Exercise, and breathing exercises also. 8. Keep silent, and pray 🙏 I hope this was helpful guys. For older persons, thing will be a bit slower, try not to consider, that used up too much energy. As when most people reach 70 and over they will sit looking at a stone for hours, as most of there lives they consider and use up too much brain energy. As for Youtubers, try to subscribe to everyone as the seeds you plant today will be fruitful tomorrow. And subscribe to channel that have million of views also. Let God think for you. Through communication, animals can inform us of areas of their body that hurt or feel out of balance. This allows caregivers to seek appropriate medical or holistic interventions.

When you are doing your Right Work, you will find a serenity and peace of mind like no other. It is, in fact, the heart song, that peace of mind and happiness, that is your signal that you are on the right path. Enjoyment and happiness, when accompanied by a lasting calm, are your higher self’s way of telling you “yes yes, do that.” The trick is in finding it. What are you good at? Not as far as work goes, or at least not limited to work. What are those things that come to you easily, that feel like second nature, that other people comment on? Your life’s work will incorporate those elements. What are the tasks that, when you have finished them, you have a deep sense of accomplishment? Your life’s work will encompass those as well. What makes your heart sing? What fills you with a joy that you want to share with others? Those, too, will be part of your life’s work. Stop thinking about this in terms of jobs you know about or are “trained for.” The Universe has been training you since the day you were born. Allow the Universe to bring you the appropriate work, and it certainly will. #Work #HeartSong

So Beloveds, this is where you are now seeing the price fluctuation with gold & silver rising up. When the banks start their runs many will default on their debts. Yes, all of them need to be Basel III compliant. All of them that have not maintained integrity by having liquidity in their banks will be thrust into this position of having to close. Already some of the banks are saying that they will not honor all of the money deposited in the accounts of the individual. They will only give back half of the money. This sounds very ominous to us. Yes, we are aware of these prophecies by the channelers who have connections with the Bible and we are seeing those same patterns unfold in your current rhythm, timing, & synchronization on this Beloved Planet at this time. Beloveds, remember you have been told for many years now to be ready for this coming lockdown. We are not saying this and giving you a date. Beloveds yes, the tests & challenges you are going through each & every day have now become more intense, you would say, because yes, time is speeding up. You think, and you feel, in your energy fields and all throughout your environment this shift in consciousness, and at the same time more & more of the Truth is coming out. It doesn’t stop this Cabal from doing their fear-mongering, and perhaps even trying to foment a false alien invasion upon Humanity because so few people in the world understand that there have been secret space programs from the time when they began during the Second World War. All of this information is really a landslide in the raising of the level of consciousness of Humanity. Events are poised to play out, but again we remind you that you have the power. You have the power within, and yes, all of you have been negatively programmed to look outside of yourselves for validation, for what you are feeling. We say to you the validation exists within. All of you have an internal guidance system.
