Payroll Companies Offering ICHRA for $2 PEPM ICHRA prices will continue to see downward pricing much like what happened in the Benefits Enrollment tech business. Payroll companies getting in will be charging less than $5 PEPM because they can. To quote Wayne Gretzky, Benefits Brokers need to "skate to where the puck is going not to where it has been."
