Having just come back from a whirlwind, inspiring, and insight-giving trip to India with the ConnectWise team, a lot of the points in this article from Forbes really hit home for me. This especially: "The goal is to make sure everyone feels connected, valued and motivated, no matter where they are in the world." Now, how does anyone accomplish that? It's a blend of collaboration, processes, collaboration on processes, tools, and collaboration on tools. Do you see the uniting thread there? It's C-O-L-L-A-B-O-R-A-T-I-O-N, if you want me to spell it out. At the end of the day, a team that's working together, toward common goals, will always prevail.
