United States Intellectual Property Alliance - USIPA
Non-profit Organization Management
Improving United States intellectual property for a more innovative America
About us
The United States Intellectual Property Alliance™ (USIPA) improves society by enabling the most efficient and effective IP ecosystem to facilitate creation, protection & enablement of ideas. Intellectual property is critical to moving society forward. However, complexity and uncertainty of IP rights presents delicate problems that impede progress. Until now, no organization has focused on the prosperity of society from all IP has to offer. Through USIPA, a collaborative partnership has been established comprising academic, business, government, and individual leaders - across public and private institutions, science and technology centers, and artistic creators. Together we deliver IP thought leadership, programs and events to help all communities create, protect and enable IP for the benefit of global society.

October IP Month is a call to action to support the IP ecosystem of IP creators, IP enablers, IP protectors. USIPA’s three pillars (IP Awareness and Education; IP Diversity & Inclusion; and IP Ecosystem Collaboration) provides an ideal framework for support for accessing existing programs and fostering the generation of new programs/innovations. To make an immediate impact and access your local IP ecosystem, attend one of the wonderful events hosted by local State IPA chapters. It’s through the State IPAs that we can all think strategically on a global level but make an impact on a local level.
