Since joining The Venetian Resort in 2008, Karin has led the strategic development of key verticals, driven revenue growth, and mentored high-performing teams. With over 20 years in hospitality, her innovative leadership and commitment to excellence have been instrumental in the resort’s continued success. Making spirits bright, one toy at a time! 🌲 The Venetian Resort proudly presented the 26th Annual KLUC Toy Drive with 1,000 toys, 71 bikes and $50,000 in support of families in need this holiday season.

Congratulations to Susan Pierce, our Q4 Volunteer of the Quarter! For over 12 years, Susan has been volunteering with Pet Partners of Las Vegas, serving as a Founding Board Member and a registered Animal Handler with her Yellow Labrador, Angel. As one of only four certified evaluators in Nevada, she ensures therapy teams meet the highest standards. With 43 hours volunteered this year and a heart for service, Susan’s impact on the community is extraordinary. As a token of our appreciation, Susan will receive a staycation here at The Venetian Resort and a variety of experiences to enjoy, as well as a $500 donation to a cause of her choice. Thank you, Susan, for your tireless dedication to volunteering and for making a difference in our community.

The Venetian Resort is pleased to share the success of the resort’s performance in 2024 with all its Team Members through the Venetian Appreciation Award, a unique employee recognition program that continues to demonstrate The Venetian Resort's commitment to its Team Members and overall organizational success. After a third record breaking year, The Venetian Resort will distribute $1,250 pre-taxed dollars to all full-time flex Team Members. Part-time and on-call will also receive an award prorate based on hours worked in the past year. Designed to inspire Team Members to deliver exceptional guest experiences, this distribution marks a milestone achievement, bringing the cumulative payout of this one-of-a-kind program to $3,500 per full-time flex Team Member since the program's inception in 2022. #ApolloEmpower

The Venetian Resort recently hosted a special Veterans Day event to honor and celebrate the sacrifices of our Team Members who have served our country. We were proud to welcome Captain J. Charles Plumb, USNR (Ret.), who shared inspiring words and recognized the bravery and dedication of our Veterans. As well as a special visit from our partners Vegas Golden Knights! A heartfelt thank you goes out to all the Veterans who have proudly served! 🇺🇸
